Sunday-Monday July 25-26th JC NCAA Certified Shootout

All Coaches must do the following:

1. Send in $100.00 deposit to hold a spot in the West Coast Shootout by July 1st.  Send the deposit to Delta College, Attn:  Gina Johnson, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95207
2. Go to Team Registration to register your team with coaching information.  You can also e-mail Gina Johnson at wcs@surewest.net to request a spot.  Please request your play dates if you are a community college team.  Your choice is Fri-Sat July 23-24th (Non-Certified) or Sun-Mon 25-26th (NCAA Certified).
3. Download your roster form (excel format) and save it to your desktop.  Fill it in with your player and coaches information.  Make sure you include your players' jersey numbers.  E-mail your roster to wcs@surewest.net by July 10th 2010.
4. Coaches must have each player complete a Hold Harmless Form.

Hold Harmless Form

All participants must turn in a Hold Harmless Form in order to participate in the WCS.  All participants 18 years and older do not need to have a parent signature but must complete the form.  All participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian signature.  Coaches can turn these forms in on at check-in.

Additional Requirements for NCAA Certified Division (Sun-Monday July 25-26th)

1. Go to the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS) to sign your team up through the NCAA.  (Yes you will input an additional roster.
2. Register each coach that will be on the bench coaching with the NCAA (good for 2 years).  Go to NCAA Participant Approval Program for more information. To register as a coach go to the LexisNexis for certification. The process takes 3-7 days for certification.
